A memorable evening took shape as friends of the brand gathered to celebrate the newest member of the Tcherassi family, the Sofia Bag, in the brand’s newly-opened Bal Harbour boutique. Named after Sofia Espinosa Tcherassi, Director of Ready-to-Wear, who first found the archival piece that inspired the design in the brand’s Miami offices, the handbag combines the elegance of haute couture techniques with modern craftsmanship.
“After the New York preview, I was looking forward to the official launch of the bag in our own home, Miami. It felt especially remarkable to be able to do it in our new boutique in Bal Harbour–the timing was perfect,” shared Silvia. The special night set in motion at the boutique, where guests sipped cocktails, explored the beautifully designed space, and enjoyed the exclusive opportunity to preview the handbag, which is produced in limited quantities.
The festivities continued with a delightful dinner at The Surf Club at the Four Seasons, attended by notable guests such as Karolina Kurkova and Hilary Rhoda.
