Items purchased on silviatcherassi.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be tried on with care and must not show signs of wear. All returns are subject to inspection, and items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or accepted with a deduction, at silviatcherassi.com’s sole discretion.
Items marked Final Sale and all swimwear are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please allow 3–7 business days for return processing. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Posting times may vary depending on your card issuer.
Original shipping charges, international shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
U.S. RETURNS
Silviatcherassi.com offers complimentary return shipping for U.S. orders, unless otherwise stated.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders may be returned under the same conditions; however, complimentary return shipping is not available.
All return shipping costs, customs duties and taxes associated with international returns are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
We recommend using a recognized courier with tracking. Silviatcherassi.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
REPAIRS
We offer complimentary repair for bracelets, necklaces, and earrings if damage due to normal wear occurs within 3 months of purchase. Repairs requested after this period may be accepted for a fee, subject to evaluation.
Ready-to-wear repairs require prior approval from our Customer Service team.
Shipping costs associated with repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
