SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

U.S. SHIPPING

Silvia Tcherassi offers complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders of $500 or more.

For orders under $500, shipping fees start at $7.90 and vary depending on the delivery address. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes and any additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items and selected styles may ship at a later date. The expected ship-by date is indicated on the product page, during checkout, and in your order confirmation.

Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched according to the latest applicable ship-by date.
