(hereinafter “SVT”), an American company having its principal place of business at 400 University Drive, Suite 200, Coral Gables, FL 33134, USA, recognizes the importance for its users and customers to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of their non-public personally identifiable information (hereinafter “Personal Data”), and hereby informs you that Personal Data which you provided to SVT through the website www.silviatcherassi.com (hereinafter the “Website”), as well as those which you possibly provide at the boutiques SILVIA TCHERASSI and/or the companies that have direct relation with the trademark SILVIA TCHERASSI and related trademarks will be processed in compliance with current applicable laws on privacy.

Refunds

Once your package is receive, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

• Credit card: our bank will reimburse you within seven (7) business days of the return acceptance confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer.

The costs of shipping and any import taxes or other taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

Final Sale

The products identified as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Repairs

SVT will repair without charges any damaged bracelets, necklaces and earrings, if the damage occurs within three (3) months of purchase. Any of those items damaged over 3 months from the purchase date are subject to repair fees. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

To request a repair please email us at onlinestore@silviatcherassi.com with a brief explanation of your repair request. You will receive an email in which SVT indicate if the repair proceeds free of charges or not and the authorization number of repair, which must be indicate in the shipment.

For your security, please ship your item with a recognize courier, SVT is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit upon the receipt of the item.
