Shipping and Returns
Returns must be requested within seven (7) business days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within three (3) to seven (7) business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs, import taxes, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
Repairs
Complimentary repairs are available for bracelets, necklaces, and earrings damaged within three (3) months of purchase. Shipping costs apply.
